These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Master Appliances website and the appliance repair services we provide. By booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms.
Booking & Scheduling
Booking requests submitted through this website are requests for an appointment, not a guaranteed confirmation. A member of our team will contact you to confirm the date and time of your service.
Estimates & Pricing
A diagnostic fee may apply for an initial visit. Any repair estimate provided by a technician is an approximation based on the information available at the time and may change once the appliance is inspected in person. No repair work will begin without your approval of the estimate.
Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated late cancellations may affect future scheduling availability.
Warranty
Repairs performed by Master Appliances are backed by a workmanship warranty covering parts and labor for the period stated on your service invoice. This warranty does not cover unrelated failures, misuse, or damage occurring after the repair.
Limitation of Liability
Master Appliances is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from services performed, beyond the cost of the service itself, except where prohibited by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
